"Edith Little, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, chronic pain and illness, career concerns, and major life stressors. She takes a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy, grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and trauma-informed care. Edith is also trained in EMDR, acceptance-based strategies, and grief and bereavement counseling, and she focuses on helping clients identify practical tools that support long-term growth and emotional well-being.
Edith’s therapeutic style is patient, respectful, and deeply collaborative. She believes therapy works best when clients feel truly heard and supported as they explore their strengths and move toward meaningful change at their own pace. Rather than offering directives, Edith partners with clients to uncover what brings balance, motivation, and hope. Outside of therapy, she enjoys spending time in nature, riding her lawn mower across her acreage, and staying active in simple, grounding ways—reflecting her belief that caring for oneself doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective."
