Treatment approach

My goal in therapy is to create a space where you feel supported and genuinely understood. As a therapist, I want my clients to feel safe, and also challenged towards growth. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is collaborative. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to walk alongside you, helping you better understand yourself, identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, and find practical tools for growth and healing.

Strengths

Clients often say that I have a soft and comforting approach that makes them feel safe to explore some of their most challenging patterns. I strive to be present and genuine with my clients, to make them feel heard and to actively collaborate with them to reach their goals.
