He integrates modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed practices. He also incorporates DBT-informed skills and uses measurement-based care tools like the PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, and ASSIST to assess symptoms and track progress over time. His work emphasizes individualized treatment planning that aligns with each client’s goals, cultural background, and lived experience.

He is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Duken views clients as the experts of their own lives and works alongside them to build self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change. Outside of his clinical work, he enjoys playing soccer, swimming, and reading, activities that reflect his values of balance, growth, and well-being.
