Donna Newkirk, LCSW

Donna is a compassionate advocate skilled in the art of listening. Donna specializes in thoughts of self-harm, managing through a crisis, and identifying the relationship between thoughts and behavior. With over 34 years of working with clients from elementary school age to senior years in life, Donna , a retired educator, is dedicating her second career to servicing those who struggle with mental health problems. Donna is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CAMS( Framework for Suicidal Risk), and was a Framework for Understanding Poverty Trainer. Donna focuses on listening and collaboration with her clients with a team approach.
