Healing is a process and requires commitment, compassion, and non-judgment. She is passionate about meeting individuals (which means simply working on the goals you choose) and advocating for her clients. Her specialty is working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma (physical, sexual, emotional, and medical). Someone once asked her how can you work with people in such pain and listen to all the horrible things people have endured. She responded by saying, "Oh, it's not like that! When I meet someone who is seeking counseling, I am meeting, someone who has already decided they want a change in their life. I am meeting someone who is stronger than they realize and someone who is willing to share with me their journey of healing and growing.
