Charmaine Weatherly, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship concerns, grief, and workplace stressors. With a background that includes work in EAP counseling, community mental health, hospitals, prisons, and universities, Charmaine brings depth and versatility to her practice. She draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and family systems approaches to help clients find clarity, resilience, and meaningful solutions.
Charmaine’s therapeutic style is supportive, collaborative, and solution-focused. She believes change begins the moment we start to think differently and works alongside clients to help them uncover new perspectives and build healthier ways forward. Passionate about serving diverse communities, including women, veterans, BIPOC individuals, and survivors of trauma, she creates a safe, compassionate space for healing. Outside of her practice, Charmaine enjoys walking in nature, traveling, and exploring estate sales.
