Caridad Castro-Segura, LPC

Caridad has worked in the counseling field for over thirty years. She is a licensed professional counselor and her other areas of expertise consists of crisis counseling, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, adjustment, pandemic-related stress, recovery and women’s issues. One her many strengths as a clinician is to help clients achieve a healthy level of functioning by providing support, encouragement and positivity. She also believes that compassion and empathy foster a healthy balance in the therapeutic relationship, where the clients can explore, identify and implement the clinical tools to bring harmony, peace and long-term success to their lives.
