Therapist
Callie Durham, LCMHC, is a licensed clinical mental health counselor who supports children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, infertility, and major life transitions. She has a special passion for working with mothers and fathers during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood, recognizing both the joy and complexity of these seasons. Callie integrates evidence-based approaches such as CBT, cognitive processing therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns while building practical tools for everyday life.
Callie’s therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. She believes therapy should be a safe space where clients can show up authentically—messy, hopeful, uncertain, and growing. She works at each client’s pace, focusing on what matters most to them and helping them feel more balanced and in control of their inner world. Outside of therapy, Callie enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and traveling.
