Treatment approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. Sessions feel relaxed and conversational while still focused and purposeful. I draw from CBT, DBT, trauma-focused CBT, motivational interviewing, EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches to help you understand patterns, build practical coping skills, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Strengths

Clients often say I’m warm, easy to talk to, and make them feel heard without judgment. I bring compassion, honesty, and practical strategies into each session, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes.

Interests & hobbies

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing pickleball and tennis, watching movies, and going for walks. I’m also an animal lover and love learning about the brain.
