"Dr. Brenda Fore, PhD, LPC-S, is a seasoned therapist with over 15 years of experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, anger, grief, trauma, and life transitions. She offers a compassionate, person-centered approach, guiding individuals to uncover their inner strengths and build practical tools for lasting change.

Dr. Fore integrates evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, and REBT to meet each client where they are and tailor treatment to their unique goals. She believes that most people hold the answers they seek—it’s just a matter of creating a safe, supportive space to uncover them.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Fore is a licensed LPC Supervisor and enjoys mentoring early-career therapists.
