Brandi Schilz, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker who provides compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals navigating trauma, mood disorders, substance use challenges, chronic health conditions, ADHD, and anxiety disorders. With experience across hospice and outpatient mental health settings, she brings a grounded and empathetic presence to her work. Brandi integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and trauma-informed practices to help clients understand their experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
Brandi’s therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing begins with vulnerability and self-trust. She values creating a space where clients feel understood, empowered, and free to explore their emotions without judgment. Brandi enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, trauma survivors, and those living with chronic illness. Outside of her clinical work, she finds joy in spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and discovering new foods. Her early career in hospice—and her work leading a survivors of suicide support group—continue to shape her dedication to walking with clients through both pain and possibility.
