"Bonnie Phillips, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University in 2005 and has worked across schools, hospitals, group homes, and private practice.
Bonnie integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients build emotional regulation, communication, and stress management skills. She also has experience with Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based treatment for young children and families.
At the heart of Bonnie’s work is a strong, collaborative therapist-client relationship. She creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly heard and empowered to grow.
Outside of her practice, Bonnie enjoys hiking with her dogs, gardening, reading, and laughing with her family."
