Ayme Hutchinson is a Licensed Professional Counselor who supports children and adults in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, and women’s issues. She offers a compassionate, safe, and judgment-free space where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change.
Her integrative, trauma-informed approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and person-centered care. Ayme tailors each session to the client’s needs, blending evidence-based strategies with warmth and empathy to foster healing and resilience. She also offers faith-based counseling when preferred.
Ayme has worked in both private practice and inpatient residential treatment, giving her a broad perspective on client care—from supporting long-term recovery to guiding clients through life transitions. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, spending time with her husband and two sons, watching British documentaries, and being outdoors.
