My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I create a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we explore thoughts, emotions, patterns, and goals while building practical coping skills and realistic steps toward healing, growth, and positive change.
The biggest strengths I bring into our sessions are warmth, empathy, and a practical, solution-oriented mindset. I strive to help clients feel heard and supported while also helping them build insight, coping skills, confidence, and realistic steps toward meaningful change.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, exploring new places, watching shows, and finding creative ways to relax and recharge.
