Biography

Hi, I’m Amber Leafstedt, a licensed therapist who works with teens and adults navigating struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, as well as life’s challenges. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or weighed down by stress, you’re not alone. I offer a safe, supportive space where we can make sense of what you’re going through and find practical ways forward. My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative—I believe therapy should feel like a place where you’re truly heard and understood. Together, we’ll focus on building skills, deepening self-understanding, and moving toward a life that feels more balanced, hopeful, and grounded.
