Dr. Allena Anderson is a psychotherapist that provides a safe, judgement-free environment where a client can be their 100% authentic self. With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Anderson is dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services to clients of all ages. She believes life is sometimes like a rollercoaster ride with ups, downs, curves, twists and turns. Her goal is to work with clients to provide a safe space to address their mental wellness needs. As a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, she is committed to working with clients during tough times to help with issues of depression, relationship issues, family conflict, anxiety, stress, disappointment, grief and loss. Her counseling style is supportive and encouraging, while providing a safe space for clients to be themselves without any filters or judgement. She utilizes the following counseling techniques: cognitive behavioral therapy and reality therapy. She supports the idea that everyone deserves a chance to get off of the rollercoaster so they can LIVE and enjoy life again!
