Tabitha Muriuki, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, sleep concerns, and weight-related challenges. She earned her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and brings experience from outpatient settings, where she has supported individuals through both medication management and supportive therapeutic care. Tabitha’s approach is grounded in thoughtful assessment, clear education, and collaborative treatment planning tailored to each person’s needs and goals.
Tabitha’s clinical style is warm, attentive, and relationship-centered. She believes strong therapeutic outcomes begin with trust, open communication, and truly listening to her patients’ concerns. Tabitha takes time to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly, encouraging shared decision-making and small, realistic steps toward wellness.
