Biography

Susan DePasquale, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and substance use concerns, and has worked across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Susan completed her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training at Montana State University and brings a unique interdisciplinary background that includes advanced nursing practice in neurogastroenterology. Her clinical work is informed by a deep understanding of the mind–body connection, particularly the relationship between mental health, trauma, and physical symptoms.

Susan’s clinical style is thoughtful, client-centered, and grounded in curiosity and kindness. She values listening carefully to each person’s life story, health history, and goals when developing individualized treatment plans that feel compassionate and practical. Susan is comfortable working with diverse populations and in a wide range of care environments, from rural settings to large research hospitals. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys road trips with her Golden Retriever, Shiloh, gardening, caring for her birds and cats, exploring nature, and supporting local artisans. She believes in meeting each patient with gentleness and encourages a spirit of self-compassion throughout the healing process.
