Biography

Lilian Bamgbose, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 17 years of healthcare experience and several years specializing in mental health care. She works with adolescents and adults managing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, OCD, and perinatal mental health. Lilian takes a holistic, evidence-based approach, combining medication management with a focus on understanding each individual’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Her care is grounded in whole-person wellness, recognizing the connection between mental, physical, and social health.

Lilian’s style is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply patient-centered, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. She enjoys working with diverse populations, including women, immigrants, and individuals navigating complex life experiences or trauma.
