She specializes in treating adults with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Karen brings a collaborative, patient-centered approach to each session—empowering individuals to better understand their diagnoses, build life skills, and take an active role in their recovery journey.

Karen draws on her diverse background, which includes experience in substance use detox and rehab, military readiness, and regulatory safety reviews.
