Biography

Jessica Doucette, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in healthcare. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including high-acuity and intensive care environments, which shaped her ability to provide calm, thorough, and compassionate care even in complex situations. Jessica specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, sleep concerns, and life-related stressors, with a focus on thoughtful, evidence-based medication management.

Jessica’s approach to care is patient-centered, collaborative, and holistic. She believes mental health treatment should consider the whole person—not just symptoms—and prioritizes shared decision-making, psychoeducation, and individualized treatment planning that aligns with each patient’s goals, values, and daily life. Jessica strives to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their mental health journey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, traveling—especially to the beach and Disney destinations—and finding balance through self-care and creating a calm, welcoming home environment.
