Biography

Grace Ogwumike, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Texas, Oregon, Arizona, and New Mexico. She provides compassionate care for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, psychosis, eating disorders, and other mental health conditions. Grace has extensive experience working across inpatient, outpatient, and telepsychiatry settings, which has equipped her to deliver holistic and evidence-based treatment tailored to each individual’s needs.

Her philosophy centers on the belief that mental health is an essential part of overall well-being, and that every person deserves compassionate, nonjudgmental support in their healing journey. Grace combines medication management with a holistic approach to help clients build resilience, stability, and long-term wellness.
