What treatments are available?

We offer mental health care for all levels of need, from mild to severe. If you’re not sure what type of care you’re looking for, that’s okay. Take our assessment, and we can guide you to the right care.

Therapy
Talk to a caring therapist who will support you through life’s challenges and help you build skills proven to improve daily life.

Psychiatry (medication)
Meet with a psychiatric provider to find the right prescription medication for your needs, so you can start feeling better sooner.

Teen Care (ages 13-17)
Help your teen thrive and learn skills that set them up for success. We offer therapy specialized for teens and psychiatry, if appropriate. 

Suicide Prevention Program
Get extra support with specialized therapy for suicidal thoughts and feelings, and meet with a psychiatric provider to find the right medication for you.

Intensive Outpatient Program for mental health
When mental health challenges start to take over your life, extra support makes a difference. Our specialized program offers frequent group therapy, individual therapy, and psychiatry to help you create lasting change.
