How can I ask my provider a question about my prescription or care plan?

You can find treatment information, including your provider’s medication instructions, on the medication card in your Web Dashboard and in the Account page of the mobile app. If you are concerned that your treatment is off track, you can click “Request a Review”, and your provider will follow up with you. (Note: These experiences will be unified in a future release.)
