If you missed your appointment, your psychiatric provider or therapist will send you a new request to book with them over the next 24 hours. If for some reason you do not receive this request, please log in to your Brightside account, and navigate to “Help” to contact our Member Services team.
Brightside providers do their best to make your scheduled appointment time, but sometimes appointments run over or technical issues occur. We would encourage you to wait 5-10 minutes before closing out the Zoom session.
