I missed my appointment. What do I do?

If you missed your appointment, your provider will send you a new request to book with them over the next 24 hours. If for some reason you do not receive this request, please log into your Brightside account and use the “Help” form to contact our Member Support team.

To respect your provider’s time and support availability for others seeking care, we ask that you reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may result in a no-show fee of up to $70 per our Terms of Service.
